  • Payments for our digital services are securely processed through Stripe, Take Payment, and Golden Ads Ltd.
  • We do not store your payment details, ensuring maximum financial security.
  • Payments made to Take Payment, Golden Ads Ltd, or Stripe are final, non-reversible, and non-disputable unless explicitly permitted under our refund policy.
3.2 Data Protection
  • All hosted data is secured behind Cloudflare and advanced encryption methods.
  • Your personal information, payment details, and service history are protected against unauthorized access.

4. Refund & Dispute Policy

4.1 Refunds

Refunds are only allowed under the following conditions:

  • Within 2 hours of payment, provided that the service has not been initiated.
  • Once the service has started or been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • All digital services are non-refundable upon delivery, as they cannot be returned or revoked.

Important: Refund requests initiated through banks, PayPal, or payment processors after service completion will be considered fraudulent, and we reserve the right to take legal action against such claims.

4.2 Chargeback & Dispute Waiver

By making a payment to Golden Ads Ltd, Take Payment, or Stripe, you expressly waive the right to file a chargeback, dispute, or claim a refund through any financial institution after service initiation.

  • Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of contract.
  • If a fraudulent chargeback is detected, we reserve the right to take legal action, including reporting the case to debt collection agencies.

5. Confirmation of Service Delivery

5.1 Acknowledgment of Receipt

By completing a transaction, the customer confirms that they have received the service in full, in proper condition, and as described.

  • For digital services, customers explicitly acknowledge that the service was delivered upon payment confirmation.
  • For physical services, the customer acknowledges that all printed, shipped, or otherwise delivered products were provided in full.
5.2 Finality of Transactions
  • Once the service is provided, the transaction is deemed final, non-reversible, and non-refundable.
  • Customers waive the right to claim that the service was not delivered, incomplete, or misrepresented.
5.3 Digital Service Irreversibility
  • Digital services, including subscriptions, social media engagements (likes, followers, views), and other intangible goods, are non-refundable and non-reversible once delivered.

6. Confirmation of All Past Payments

6.1 Customers acknowledge that this policy applies retroactively to all payments made to Golden Ads Ltd, Take Payment, and Stripe prior to the last update date.

6.2 Customers waive any right to dispute or claim refunds for any previous transactions, regardless of amount, frequency, or nature of service.

6.3 Customers confirm that all previous payments were knowingly and voluntarily completed and cannot be contested in the future.

7. Financial Responsibility & Legitimacy of Payment

7.1 The customer confirms that all payments made were legal, voluntary, and from legally obtained sources.

7.2 The customer declares that all transactions were made using their own financial means and accounts and that no unauthorized third party conducted the payment on their behalf.

7.3 Customers acknowledge that fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or false claims of unauthorized transactions may result in permanent service suspension and legal action.

7.4 If a customer is found to have used fraudulent or unauthorized financial sources, they accept full liability for financial losses, penalties, and potential legal consequences.

8. Agreement & Digital Signature

8.1 By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges full compliance with this agreement and waives all refund or dispute rights.

8.2 Customers understand that submitting payment serves as a legally binding digital signature, carrying the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

8.3 Customers waive the right to claim that this agreement was signed under duress or misunderstanding.

9. Changes to Policies

Golden Ads Ltd reserves the right to update this policy periodically. All transactions completed before an update remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of payment.

10. Legal Notice & Compliance

  • Any disputes must be resolved through direct communication with Golden Ads Ltd before seeking third-party intervention.

Golden Ads Ltd processes payments under the name “Take Payment,” which serves as the official payment descriptor for transactions. This information has been clearly communicated to the customer and service recipient through the following documents:

By completing and submitting Form D, the customer and service recipient explicitly confirm their understanding and acceptance of this payment descriptor. They acknowledge that all transactions have been processed under “Take Payment” and waive any right to dispute or claim otherwise in the future.

At the end of the service delivery process, the customer will receive a Confirmation Form (Form D). By completing and submitting Form D, the customer explicitly confirms their adherence to the Policy (PA) and the Customer Agreement & Waiver Form (Form B). The submission of Form D serves as a binding confirmation and acceptance of both documents.
Additionally, upon submission, the customer’s IP address is recorded and securely stored as verifiable evidence, ensuring compliance and transparency.
For this process, we utilize Paperform, a trusted platform for secure form submissions and data archiving.

  2. The submission of Confirmation Form (Form D) constitutes a legally binding signature, confirming that the recipient fully accepts and agrees to the terms of Confirmation Form (Form D), CUSTOMER AGREEMENT & WAIVER FORM (Form B), and policy (PA).
